Transformative leadership and integrative thinking are essential for success in the competitive and fast-changing global economy. Leaders today have to create and manage change. For leaders in education or entrepreneurial education directors, this means nurturing their innovative spirits and expanding their horizon by getting exposed to leading instructional leadership and management expertise that achieves impact, increase student rate of success, and deliver a stronger education system.

In collaboration with Seneca’s executive team and its academic experts, we helped design and deliver a leadership training program, to 13 Italian administrators of Istituti Tecnici Superiori (ITS) (Higher Institutes of Technology) and executives of the Ministero dell’Istruzione, Universita e Ricerca (MIUR) (Ministry of Education, University and Research).

In addition to innovative workshops aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of ITS Presidents, the program included site visits and business-to-business (B2B) sessions that gave the participants an opportunity to meet representatives from colleges and institutes across Ontario.
